16" ( 41 cm ) ... beautiful doll with fine pale complexioned bisque shoulder head with dark cobald blue enamel eyes .

Dark eyeliner and delicately painted lashes and lightly feathered brows...

I think you can see on my pictures what I mean...... and it is hard to find the right words to describe how beautiful she is !!!!

On all perfect doll by Gaultier ... France circa 1885 .... in larger size about 28" ( 72 cm ) with fine delicate quality of bisque and softly blushed complexion, gorgeous eyes and original wig and body .

Very nice all original French Eden Clown by Fleischmann & Bloedel around 19th. Century, not often to find and with funny look of wonderful all original condition and costume !!

Has typical molded paper mache socket head with very nice original face decoration of butterflies of each cheek and typical clown painting at his eyes . He has blue enamel glass inset eyes and fine painted lashes. Brushstroked and multi-feathered brows and on open mouth with tiny teeth ...

The dress are without sleeves , has silk pleated upper part and is to close at back but missing hooks and eyes.

The matching jacket is ornate around edged with embroidery black trim , has small long inset sleeves and nice bustle back side.

Finally ornate with silk bow........

Beautiful French authentic antique silk dress of old rose silk sateen and pale rose silk .... all complete hand sewn of the 19th. century. Pretty ornate with ruffled and pleats at front , has lace collar 3/4 long sleeves with lace around the wrist.

Longer train in back with lace around the hem , pretty silk sash with large silk bow at back and two cream silk bows at front.Inside fine lined with muslin and pretty muslin slip with lace edged...
