Childlike French Bebe by Maison Jumeau size 11 all original

Very charming and sweet 23" ( 59 cm ) French bisque Bebe by Maison Jumeau with childlike happy facial expression preserved in her original presentation box

A lovely found from a private familie in France where this lovely doll was called " little Marie " ..

The complete condition from Marie is generally excellent....free of damage , chip , repair or hairline.

She has wonderful pale and fine quality of bisque and painting with very nice blue glass paperweight inset eyes. With long painted lashes and feathered brows , has open mouth with porcelain teeth and a hint of smile .

Pierced ears with factory original earrings, and lovely curled blonde original mohair wig over cork pate.

Marks .... 11 at her head back from France circa 1895

Marie has her original French composition and wooden fully jointed body with body finish and blue Jumeau stamp at back ! To note color refresh at her hands a parts at her body but all not disturbing

..... She wears her same and original outfit as she comes in the family around 1915 ... a lovely ecru netting lace dress with pink under skirt and flowered blouse. Has her two piece under garment and her original Jumeau stocking and Bee mark shoes in pink. Finally a lovely silk bonnet with flowers decoration ...

Original preserved in her boutique box by Maison Jumeau where she was keep very safely over many years !! A wonderful French BeBe .... ready to display and enjoy in your collection.
