Rae found of luxury design miniature dolls wooden sedan chair from France by Vernis Martin around 1885 ... known in France as " chaise a porteur " , has wonderful presence of luxury details and romantic scenes by this creator wich was well know for his wonderful romantic scenes !
This pretty sedan chair has hinged front door and three windows with original glass windows ornate by cut-out shapes. It has a curved top and double curved back all richly decorated in dark gold and lovey colors.
Has a little metal lock you can open and close the front door but this works at this times very heavy because of the age of the sedan chair !!
Outside has it a wonderful richly complete decoration with gold ornaments and special beautiful ornaments and scenes in " Renaissance " style faux-paintings. Finally decoration touch of fines hand painted details !!
It has generally excellent condition to age and would be a wonderful accessory for your French Poupee or small Bebe!
