Most beautiful 7" ( 18 cm ) rare size all bisque Mignonette called " Colette " preserved in her box .
A cute girl special for the French market with lovely pale bisque rounded facial shape and elongated throat . Has blue glass enamel inset eyes and fine painted lashes and brows. Closed mouth with tiny accented lips and sweet round nose. Original long blonde mohair wig !
With bisque torso and peg - jointed bisque arms and legs. Fingers and thumbs modeled together and rare painted blue and white stockings to knee with blue edging. Black modeled two strap heeled shoes .
Has all complete generally excellent bisque condition ..... to note a not disturbing tiny chip at one of her upper legs ( please see my pictures ) otherwise Mademoiselle Colette is free of damage , repair or hairline !!
Wearing original clothing of muslin gown with trim and lace decoration , has matching under wearing and nice silk bonnet. Included to the doll is a very nice small hand fan with bone handle.
Made in Germany special for the French market around 1888 ....
All perfect and very cute .......finally beautiful preserved in her presentation box .
