Rare French white pique fashion doll gown of uniquely textured white pique fabric on a lovely princess styled day dress with flared sides .
Has button front with tiny pearl buttons and hand made loops to close at front with tny hooks.Has double seamed long sleeves and small rounded collar.
The gown features dart shaped fitted bodice with flat front and back. It is lovely ornate with exquisite hand embroidered of swiss cotton edged at front and back .
Has generally excellent hand sewn condition at around 1870th. , looks very clean otherwise only a little dusty !
Would fit nice for a size three or four Fashion Doll about 16" / 17" ( 42 - 44 cm )
Long at front from shoulder to hem ... circa 13" ( 34 cm ) and at back .... circa 15"
Shoulder to shoulder ....4 3/4" ( 13 cm ) Waist around circa 9,5" ( 24 cm )
