Outstanding and rare antique silk afternoon Rohmer gown , all hand sewn three piece enfantine costume for Rohmer or other early Poupee from 1860th !
Wonderful three piece gown of very delicate silver gray and ecru silk ..... muslin blouse with skirt and cape , ornate with black silk ribbon trim and row of silk velvet.
The ensemble comprises a sheer muslin white blouse whose entire front bodice is fine hand embroidered . The blouse has long sleeves and back closure with button .
The wonderful skirt is of ecru and black checkered silk with double box pleats and unusual shoulder straps at each side. Has back closure with hook and eyes and a lovely big bow as finally touch !
The finaly piece is a wonderful silver gray silk cape with lace and trim decoration in black .
Stunning early fashion gown for your Rohmer or other doll at this erea around 1860/65 ,has wonderful and generally excellent condition to age without any big problems ... only tiny meting parts about the age of the costume !
Would fit for your early poupee about around 15" ( 38 cm )..... All complete fine ornate with hand embroidery , lovely original buttons and an excellent handicraft in typical style for an luxury enfantine girl .
Total length from shoulder to hem : circa 11,5 " ( 30 cm ) Shoulder to shoulder ... 3 3/4" ( 10 cm ) and waist around 7,5" ( 19 cm )
