Very beautiful water color silk poupee gown with blouse .... fit perfect for on early poupee like Rohmer , Blampoix ...or similar fashion doll about circa 15" / 16" ( 38 - 40 cm )
Pretty two piece Enfantin style silk gown of skirt and blouse all hand sewn from France around 1865 .
Beautiful enfantine skirt of light blue and ecru water color silk has woven flowers . Has fitted waist with wide waistband having diamond point center , trimmed with small black lace and lovely bow decoration at back .
Along with a nice white chemisette or blouse with ruffled neckline and long sleeves.
Skirt has back closure with hooks and eyes at back and blouse has same with tiny buttons .
Most beautiful outfit ,all complete hand sewn and in generally good condition to age around 1865 , note some small melting splits at the silk ...please see my pictures .
Together long at front from neck to hem ..... 12" ( 31 cm ) Shoulder to shoulder .......... circa 4" ( 11 cm ) Waist around circa ...... 9" ( 23 cm )
