Superb French Silk Costume with matching Bonnet

Very beautiful silk costume with matching bonnet ..... fit perfect for French or German doll about around 14" / 15" ( 35 cm ) ...for Jumeau - Steiner - Bru - Gaultier or other pretty Doll !
The dress and bonnet are most hand sewn of ivory silk and most beautiful pink and ecru silk velvet with small black stripes.
A very nice French jacket gown with hand ruffled silk front .Has longer sides to back and small inset sleeves .The back side are shorter at the front , pretty ruffled skirt with typical French "Que de Paris" ... longer train in back. The dress is finally ornate with flowered silk ornaments and bows. The ruffled skirt is inside fine lined with a muslin and lace slip .
Has side closure of front with hooks and metal eyes.
Finally belongs a beautiful silk and velvet bonnet to this costume.... it´s ornate with ruffles and pleats , on curve high brim which would hold of on small rack of wire inside and is fine ornate with silk bows, wax flower and lace trim. Inside lined with gauze.....
Long from shoulder to hem ..... circa 10" ( 26 cm ), Shoulder to shoulder around 4" ( 11 cm ) and Waist around ........... 10,5" ( 27 cm )
One of a kind outfit in generally excellent fabric condition around 1880 and you will never find such the same lovely outfit again !!!
