Rare found from Paris Department Store " Au Bone Marche " comes this rare all original antique two-piece Bebe costume by Maison Jumeau for a size 9 Jumeau Bebe.
It is all original preserved in presentation .... so as it was offered to sell in this luxury Store in Paris around 1885 / 90.A lovely store trading card is included as well !
The store box contains a most beautiful soft silk woolen cape gown which is contructed sleeveless with extended lenght capelet collar.Beautiful all hand embroidered decoration all around the collar with lovely lace edging.
Nice skirt with slight width all around. Has front closure of hand made button holes and button.
Inside fine covered by same soft silk wool....
Included as well a beautiful matching silk wool fancy bonnet fully decoration of hand made ruffles , has high brim with lace rows and ribbon loops , pretty ruffled back side and hand embroidered pleatv all around brim and back.
Has generally excellent condition , note a micro tiny hole repair at the collar . Wonderful original and clean condition !!
Would fit perfect for on size 9 Bebe ( around 20" / 50 cm Doll ) special for Jumeau or other pretty doll in your collection , gown are mark inside with size 9 !!
Dress length from neck to hem .... circa 12" ( 31 cm ) Shoulder to shoulder ......... circa 4,5" ( 13 cm )
