Very beautiful white pique poupee gown .... fit perfect for on early poupee like Rohmer , Blampoix ...or similar doll about circa 14" / 15" ( 36 - 38 cm )
Enfantin style gown of white waffle-weave cotton , features a low-rounded neckline and fitted waist at front. Has pretty ruffled sleeves and is beautiful trimmed elaborately with rows of soutach and curved waffle-weave trim !
Long skirt with hand made decoration ,all complete hand sewn and in generally good condition to age around 1875 , note small hole at side ...please see my pictures .
To close at back side with hooks and hand made loops .........
Long at front from neck to hem ..... 12,5" ( 30 cm ) Shoulder to shoulder .......... circa 3,5" ( 1o cm ) Waist around circa ...... 8" ( 21 cm )
