Dolly and her Lambs in Lovely Presentation Box

Lovely 13 " x 8 " ( 34 x 21 cm ) hard board Presentation box with decorative paper covers and nice litho illustration on lid. Inside contained a paper lined separate division filled with 6 little paper mache lambs with fleeced flannel coats , each hold from a nice silk ribbon and encircled of lovely flower garlands at each side.
The middle of the box contains a lovely 7 1/4" ( 20 cm ) tiny Bebe in his all original costume , has bisque socket head with very nice blue glass sleep eyes with fine painting lashes and brows. She has a open mouth with outlined lips and tiny porcelain teeth and original blonde mohair wig . The lovely doll has a sweet tiny fully jointed composition and paper mache body and wears his original country style clothing with apron and dress , under garment and stocking.
The costume are original sewn on his body and the little sheeps seems never remove from the box.
All complete in generally excellent condition , the doll is free of damage , repair , hairline or other problem. All special made for the French market , the lovely doll are mark at back ; 1079 - 3/o DEP S&H Germany ( Simon and Halbig for France )
A similar presentation box was listed in different Etrennes catalog`s at 19th. century in Paris called " Jolie Bergerie " ....
