Very Beautiful Early Rare French Schmitt et Fils Bebe

Especially beautiful and rare expression early Bebe by Schmitt et Fils , has gorgeous facial expression with dramatic eyes and wonderful painting , finest quality of pale pressed bisque , original rare early Schmitt body !!

From early period circa 1885 / 88 ... wonderful 22 , 5 " ( 58 cm ) Schmitt et Fils Bebe with pale pressed bisque socket head with gorgeous expression , plump cheeks and deep modeling !

She has dramatic almond - shaped deep blue glass enamel inset eyes with rich threading , dark eyeliner and fine painted long lashes . Mauve blushed eyes shadow and feathered brows. Closed mouth with deep modeling of outlined lips , lovely modeled pierced ears and wonderful long curled blonde mohair wig over original pate !

She has her original Schmitt early composition and wooden eight loose ball jointed body with straight wrists and separate fingers and big hands , lower legs with muscular calf, slender ankle and long narrow foot which is typical for on Schmitt bebe body ! The flat cut shaping of derriere rim is also typical Schmitt et Fils body . Body has original body pink finish....... and is generally excellent as well !!

Here complete condition is generally excellent , bisque free of damage , repair , chip or hairline !!!

Head with out mark at back but attributed by Schmitt et Fils because of her known and typical facial expression !!

Superb wearing original with set of lovely under garments with pink socks and French leather shoes , beautiful two piece outfit with bustle jacket and wonderful pink silk skirt . Lovely antique bonnet as finishing touch .....
