We never find before a similar beautiful and unusual French Doll like this .... from Luxury Paris Doll Boutique ~~ Au Bonheur des Enfants ~~ .... with all her wonderful original condition of an Asian child preserved in her original presentation box and Store card .
Mademoiselle Butterfly ..... a wonderfully preserved French Bebe with pale bisque socked head with lovely quality of bisque and painting. She has brown glass inset eyes with long painted lashes and brush - stroked brows.
She has an open mouth with row of porcelain teeth between her full lips . Superb all original human hair wig with fantastic coiffeur ornate with silk flowers and butterfly on original hair style support !
She has her five piece French body with original body finish . Head mark at back ..... 3 / 0
Total size of doll circa 19 " ( 49 cm ) all complete with hair coiffeur ... shoes and doll stand , made in France at 19th. century !!
Her bisque head and body are in generally excellent condition , we could not found and problems or other . She is free of damage , repair , hairline or other problem..... Her wig was never removed from her head and we prefer to keep it as is because not to destroy the stunning hairstyle !!!
Finally wearing her original elaborate rich costume , cream silk kimono with dark blue silk vest ...... both finest ornate with double bands of embroidery with little flowers at the edged . Kimono with typical over long sleeves and over silk trousers and fine linen under dress , linen slippers over her composition feet and outstanding heeled high Chinese shoes . Has all original finest decoration of tassel ties and ornaments at her costume and shoes. Included her wood doll stand with silk covered base .....
All original preserved in her boutique presentation box with litho picture at lid and cotton and straw lined inside . Box has condition as is and is 22 " x 7 " ( 56 x 18 cm )
Finally included original boutique card by luxury Paris Doll Shop " Au Bonheur des Enfants " Passage du Saumon ... Paris !!
Her wonderful clothing was never removed from her body so I think you understand that we prefer to keep it so as is .
