From a rich house in France comes this very rare to find and all original condition French poupee chair by Maison Huret , a special rare piece for your Huret collection !!!
From France by Huret circa 1860 / 65 and very beautiful salon chair of classic Huret design twisted metal framework with original gilded finish . An arched back armchair has original and very beautiful cream silk upholstery over wooden seat frame.
The underside of the seat is stamped in green by Huret family ..... " Maison Huret No. 22 Boul. Montmartre Paris " At metal frame side the chair was aslo marked with number 2574 .....special chair´s with number was really differentiated them from massively produced Huret miniature furniture !!
Total back high ..... circa 11,5" ( 30 cm ) Seat high .... circa 5,5" ( 14 cm )
Has generally excellent condition , note a small melting at the silk !! Very rare salon chair specially designed by Maison Huret of the Huret poupee .
