Very beautiful and rare to find early all original pull toy sheep from Germany at 19th. century , a very great piece for your doll decoration..... sure your lovely doll would like this little Lamb !!!
Of hand pressed card board covered with original lamb fur , has fine modeled face expression with inset light green glass eyes and well modeled snout , has little ears and typical lamb tail . You can move the sheep head up and down and has wooden legs with carved hooves witch stands on his original wooden base .
The base has small metal wheels which works well . Ornate with his original metal bell on silk ribbon is the lamb a special and good friend for your favorite doll.
But also if you need a beautiful christmas decoration piece so would this sheep look´s very great !!
Total high with base .......... circa 9,5" ( 25 cm ) and total length ........ 13" ( 34 cm ) Has generally good condition to age from circa 1900 , note small loss of fur and voice .
