Pretty French Bebe Pique Costume with Bonnet

Superb one of a kind French Bebe dress with matching bonnet.... fit perfect for French or German Doll about around 23" ( 58 cm ) for Jumeau , Bru , Steiner , Gaultier Eden Bebe or other pretty doll.....

One of a kind and never to find such the same again..... wonderful most hand sewn French Bebe dress of dark white pique cotton , hand embroidery eyelet cotton lace in white and blue.

Both sides pretty ornate with little bags at side and at front possible to close the dress with hand made blue silk button and hand made button holes. It has 3/4 long sleeves with hand embroidery cotton decoration at wrists, has blue silk ribbons and buttons .......

A beautiful collar around the neckline and at back four row of ruffles parts at the skirt. Finally ornate with ruffles part around the hem . A special touch is a beautiful French color strips Liberty ribbon sash with gold letter print " Bebe Jumeau " at front of the dress !!

To the costume belongs a very pretty hand made wire bonnet with typical French high brim .... fine ornate with ruffles and pleats , some row of hand embroidery eyelet cotton and beautiful silk flowers bouquet decoration at outside and brim.

A small wire rack inside hold the brim and bonnet always in perfect form...... Inside fine lined with cream netting.............

All complete wonderful outfit in generally excellent fabric condition from 19th. century.... note little stain and color different in the antique pique , but all not disturbing.
