Gorgeous French antique silk dress which has typical French details and will fit perfect for French or German doll about around 27 "/ 28 " ( 68 cm - 70 cm )..... for Jumeau , Bru , Steiner , Eden Bebe .... Special beautiful for size 12 Jumeau or similar .........
It is most hand sewn of very rare cream silk sateen which has wonderful color-full woven flowers inside the silk..... superbly colors like pink , blue , light green and red , in combination of golden silk sateen and beautiful hand embroidery lace.
You will never find such a similar as this again , of silk sateen from early 19th. century and in generally excellent condition to fabric age.
The dress has small long inset sleeves with small hand embroidery lace and silk ribbon around wrists.
Beautiful front part of dark golden silk and also here fine ornate with hand embroidery lace and hand made silk cord decoration .
It has a nice collar and on middle part like the same pretty silk sateen at the both sides of front and the back of the upper part.
The skirt is most beautiful of dark golden silk sateen with hand embroidery lace and two lose parts of the flowers silk sateen. Pretty ruffles back side and ornate with French lace around the edges.
As finally touch has it some pretty cream silk bows and ribbon decoration at shoulders, front side and back .
The dress is inside complete covered with soft cream cotton and has a lace ruffled slip . Also you can find on French label of on Paris Couturier shop inside the waistline and with some metal hooks and eyes you can close the dress at back.
