Rare and very cute size 1 Bebe by Emile Jumeau .... France circa 1888 in generally all perfect condition , has very fine quality of modeling with shy expression , excellent bisque and painting , original body in petite size and pretty antique clothing !
The 9" ( 23 cm ) tiny bisque socket head Bebe has beautiful large blue glass paperweight inset eyes with fine lushly painted lashes , brush stroked and feathered brows and an closed mouth with shaded lips . Pierced earrings with earrings and lovely blonde mohair wig over cork pate .
Head mark at back ; Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 1 ..... with artist check mark
Has generally excellent condition from France around 1888.... free of damage or hairline ! To note a not disturbing micro tiny wig pull chip in her upper bisque at her side ... please ask about extra picture
She has her original composition and wooden fully jointed body with original body finish , note little old color refresh at her shoulders.
Wearing very beautiful with original antique set of under garments , socks and tiny leather shoes . Lovely antique soft wool gown and flower circle !!
