Luxury design miniature dolls wooden sedan chair from France around 1890 ... known in France as " chaise a porteur " , has wonderful presence of luxury details and color !
This pretty sedan chair has hinged front door and five open windows ornate by cut-out shapes. It has a curved top and double curved back all richly decorated in gold and gray blue.
With a little metal lock you can open and close the front door , inside it has a red silk velvet covered seat.
Outside has it a wonderful richly complete decoration with gold ornaments and with special beautiful three medallions of " Renaissance " style faux-paintings. Finally decoration touch with craquelure and fines hand painted details.
It has generally excellent condition to age , to note some tiny color problems but all not disturbing !
