A Guignol theater was offered in the Etrennes catalog of " Grand Magazin de Louvre " or from " Au Bon Marche " and other Paris Depratment stores at 19th. century and was one of the most popular toy puppet theater in France and Paris .... and at this times it is hard to find a good one in good condition and small size so that it would fit in a good doll collection !

It´s a lovely all original antique small wooden and paper mache French Guignol about 21,5" ( 55 cm ) on highest point , a lovely piece and unique eye catcher for your doll collection ! Of wooden and paper hand made which has a lovely litho print at front and it would be an eye catcher for displaying your antique French or German doll´s in a lovely doll scene with this Guignol ..... for me it was a lot of fun to create an doll scene and play with it :) !!

Booth sides are movable to folding and covered with red fabric , included two card board plates with lovely children scene so you you have a nice different background .
