Extremely rare very cute size 0 Bebe by Emile Jumeau .... France circa 1888 in generally excellent condition , has fine quality of modeling with shy expression , excellent pale bisque and painting , original body in petite size and pretty antique clothing !
8" ( 21 cm ) tiny bisque socket head Bebe , has beautiful large brown inset eyes with fine lushly painted lashes , brush stroked and feathered brows and closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips . Pierced ears and pretty light brunette mohair wig over cork pate , her hair color match the color of her fine painted brows !
Head mark at back ; 0 or D. (??) and artist check mark , tiny color stripe
Mademoiselle has generally excellent condition .... free of damage , chip , free of hairline or other bisque problem. ...
She has her original tiny size 0 rare composition and wooden fully jointed French body with original body finish and lose wrist , note a small neck repair on her body and little color refresh at her feet ... Lovely modeled fingers in perfect condition !
Wearing very beautiful with original set of under garments , socks and tiny leather shoes which have condition as is . Beautiful antique dress .....
