Very beautiful rare to find all original Huret era French kneeling wooden prayer chair called " Prie - Dieu " from 1860th. suitable sized for display with a size 4 Poupee or smaller Bebe about around 14" to 17" .
The Prie - Dieu has original black finish and hand crafted wooden cross inside the back. Original gold painting details and pretty original blue velvet upholstery on seat and hand rest .
Typical short wooden legs , the front ones are ornate with gold decoration as well.
Generally excellent near mint condition to age with total high of 10,5" ( 27 cm ) and seat high at middle about 3 " ( 8 cm )
A lovely and rare accessory of furniture for your fashion doll display for Huret , Rohmer and other early fashion doll . Would also very nice for small Bebe !
