Rare original French bisque Musical Automaton by Lambert

Rare all original beautiful French bisque musical automaton from the " Fabrique de Jouets Artistiques " by " Leopold Lambert " called " Bebe Nid " .... little girl with nest " from France around 1885th. !!

24" ( 62 cm ) in total beautiful all original condition automaton Bebe standing upon a velvet covered base which is a pretty bisque head doll with best quality of pale expression and fine painting , has brown glass paperweight inset eyes with lushly painted lashes . Has brush-stroked brows closed mouth on shaded and outlined lips with middle space .

Pierced ears and original long curled blonde mohair wig over cork pate.

Original carton torso and legs , typical wire upper arms with bisque forearms.

Her complete condition is generally excellent , her bisque is free of chip , hairline or other . The mechanism and music function well.

Made in France by " Leopold Lambert " around 1885th. as number 34 in his catalog , when wound the doll turns her head to side and lifting her bouquet of flowers which hold she in her hand. Then she lifting her other arm to lifting the lid of her lovely egg try of beautiful flowers and glass fruit on the base . Her egg is filled with other flowers and a cute little chick which she displays if she lifting her hands and egg lid.

Meanwhile beautiful music plays " La Mascotte " how is declair on the label at button.

The beautiful bisque doll wearing her original ( frail ) silk costume and bonnet , has melting parts but is absolute all complete wonderful silk outfit !!

Rare larger size all original automaton with delicate and appealing animation and accessories !!
