Superb and very rare to find bisque portrait Mannequin FG girl in life size about 35" ( 90 cm ),has all original unusual body style and very nice facial expression witch looks so child like with hint of smile at her close mouth !
We never saw before such a Mannequin girl like this and we offer this rare doll from a very nice doll collection for a friend of mine !
Made in France by Gaultier around 1890
The wonderful pale bisque Mannequin child bisque head has flat cut neck socket designet to on a mannequin body . The head has very nice modeling with child like expression with large brown inset glass eyes with brush-stroked brows , dark eyeliner , fine painted lashes and pale rose eye shadow. Close mouth with hint of smile on the pale lips , fine sculpted ears.

Original cork pate and lovely lung curled human wig .Has unusual head suspension to her original doll body which has a special high neck edge to hold the flat cut neck . The wooden and composition jointed body has original finish ,
The rare doll has generally excellent condition , perfect bisque are free of damage , repair or hairline. Good condition about body as well , only to note a little pale nose tip and her strings are loose.
The lovely girl wears a set of antique under garment with stocking and shoes. A lovely ecru silk dress and straw bonnet ....
Stunning all original condition large doll , the rarity of the unusual body style is enhanced by its superb child like head sculpting of best quality of bisque and painting of features !!
