It´s a rare found an examples of an early bisque poupee by Mlle. Leontine Rohmer in her all perfect condition with most beautiful wearing of enfantine silk costume like this and we are happy to offer now here a gorgeous early Rohmer doll for all sophisticated collector of French fashion doll´s !

This is one of the most beautiful and outstanding early fashion luxury enfantine pouppe by the Rohmer familie from circa 1857 / 58 !!

17,5 " ( 45 cm ) Mlle. Rohmer has best quality of pale bisque rounded swivel head with wonderful face expression and master piece of painting. She has dramatic blue glass inset eyes with darker blue outer iris rims , dark painted eyeliner and finest painting of long lashes. Feathered brows and closed mouth with pale outlined lips , un-pierced flat ears and lovely original blonde mohair wig over cork pate.

Perfect breast plate and head ... both are free of damage , repair , hairline or other .........

French sturdy and felxible kid poupee body with stitching in the shape of a ~ V ~ waist which patented by Mlle. Rohmer in 1857. Has gusset jointing at hips , has wonderful plump bisque upper arms and hands with finest modeling of fingers and nails ..... ( note well done finger repair ).

The beautiful doll wears superb silk enfantine gown with fine trim decoration , set of under garments with stocking and shoes. Finally an lovely wire bonnet ....
