Very Fine French Porcelain Poupee by M.L. Rohmer / 1858

If you are looking for a special beautiful enfantine poupee you should not miss this lovely one of the fantastic early poupeeÂīs by the Rohmer familie . This 14" ( 36 cm )beauty is one of the earliest modele by M.-L. Rohmer , has fine porcelain swivel head with pale complexion and finest blushed detail and glazed finish. She has wonderful painted blue eyes with shaded details , thick black upper eyeliner and feathered brows . Delicately painted lashes and accented eye corners. Closed mouth with fine accented lips at nose shaded nostrils. Flat un-pierced ears and very beautiful original mohair wig with childlike hair style over cork pate which are original closed .

Has plump kid poupee body with gusset-jointing at her hips and knees with original knee articulation on a Rohmer poupee , pretty porcelain arms to above the shoulders with fine modeled fingers and nails. Gusset jointing at shoulder with patented shoulder articulation system and sitting patented system by an early Rohmer poupee body with green body mark .

Her complete condition is generally good to age about 1858 , her china head if free of damage , repair , chip or hairline ( note a micro fine glaze line at head side ... this is not a hair line )and a well done repair at her shoulder plate ... please see my pictures !! Her china arms are also in perfectz condition with two finger repair .

Mademoiselle is wearing very fine original enfantin poupee costume with blouse , has pretty straw bonnet and set of under garment with stocking! Has replaced heeled booties and comes with a pair of beautiful embroidered artist made slippers in a box as you ca see on my pictures!

She is an wonderful example of the earliest model by the Rohmer familie with beautiful complexion and painting , stunning original wig , rare Rohmer articulated patend leather and wood body and wearing superb clothing.
