Most beautiful one of a kind French Bebe dress with pretty lace bonnet would fit well for your French or German Doll about around 17" ( 43 cm ) , most hand sewn of rare plaid fine wool , Jumeau color red silk velvet and cream silk satin ornate with hand made French lace and beautiful trim. A pretty one of a kind dress with 3/4 long small sleeves of finest plaid wool and red silk velvet , has small ruffled lace around wrist . The dress has rounded neckline with velvet collar and each front sides of red .... cream and blue plaid wool and silk velvet in red. Middle art of front from silk satin in cream with hand made ruffles of French lace. Has matching plaid back side ornate with hand embroidered lace decoration . Pretty box pleated skirt with red ribbon decoration all around hem and fine cotton slip inside. The dress has finally decoration with lot of gold metal button and silk cord at front , has side closure with hooks and metal eyes and it inside fine lined with red cotton . To this fine dress belongs a pretty wire bonnet .... complete hand made of finest French lace and framed with small lace and silk ribbon loops all around the bonnet . Topped with an large ribbon decoration and inside lined with cream silk ! A small rack of wire inside hold the bonnet always in perfect form. With silk ribbon at each side you can hold the bonnet under the doll chin ..... A stunning one of a kind costume witch you will never find such the same again !!! Both are in generally excellent fabric and silk condition from circa 1880 century ... a little dusty and tiny melting at the red silk velvet.
