Rarest Grand-Sized French Bisque Wooden-Body Poupee by Jumeau

An absolute rare to find extraordinary 33" ( 85 cm ) French bisque Poupee by Pierre-Francois Jumeau with wooden body , has generally excellent complete condition of an very rare luxury poupee ....... made around 1867 / 68 in France . Rare large wooden body poupee´s like this was offered at early 19th. century as prestige models and only very few were made in this large size .

Marvelous bisque head with finest and best quality of pale bisque and facial Portrait modeling and painting on very rare large size of the superbly sculpted wooden body with separately carved hands , defined toes and luxury details .

Superb pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate with stunning blue glass spiral-threaded enamel eyes with darker blue outer irises , has dark eyeliner and finest painted long lashes . Mauve - blushed eye shadow and lightly feathered brows .

Closed mouth with fine accented lips , she has separately modeled pierced ears . Superb original blonde mohair wig over cork pate .

She has her original French large wooden lady body with shapely torso and rounded derriere , dowel jointing at shoulders , elbows , hips and knees , swivel wrists . As extra luxury body details has she swivel jointing at upper arms and upper legs . The body has original body finish ......

Mademoiselle beauty has generally excellent condition ...... bisque is free of damage , repair , hairline or repair , note a factory flaw tiny fire line at on of her eye corner ... covered by her lashes and absolute hard to see. Original body finish with little scuff and touch up on her fantastic hands. One of her toes are missing ... but not disturbing .

Wearing very nice antique set of under garments and most beautiful antique Poupee enfantine costume of two pieces with blouse and pretty lace collar. Finally wonderful stiffened bonnet with pretty silk loop decoration matching to her pretty outfit.
