Special rare to find and all original wax fashion doll by Lafitte Desirat .... France circa 1910 .... with exquisite workmannship on the haute couture costumes. Pretty 10,5 " ( 27 cm ) seated lady with poured wax head with slender face , has fine painted and modeled facial features and nice blonde mohair wig . With slender elongated body with padded armature allowing stylish and elegant seated posing on original wood chair ..

Wearing all factory original green silk costume and silver accessory , modeled and painted shoes .

Has complete all factory original condition with marks by ; Lafitte - Desirat (( ink notation of her original velvet base ) Generally excellent condition to age ...... some surface dustiness

Mesdames Lafitte and Desirat designed of the early 20th. century a series of lovely wax dolls to illustrate contemporary fashion dolls as figurines that show us the changes in wonderful couture dresses , coats and accessory . Each doll was hold on her original hand signed platform .
