Very beautiful rare to find French fashion doll , has wonderful pale bisque and painting with rare body and elegant modeled bisque hands and bare feet . Wonderful original clothing of poupee garden gown .....

This rare doll has on all perfect pale bisque swivel head with shy expression , she has deep blue glass paperweight inset eyes with thick dark eyeliner and finest painted lashes and brush-stroked brows with feathered details.

Closed mouth with fine accented lips , inside head pierced ears with factory original earrings and blonde mohair wig ( not original to the doll ) over cork pate. Perfect bisque shoulder plate on wonderful and rare to find all perfect articulated Parisian poupee body by Julien Ernest Pannier ( nickname Leon Pannier) ..... France circa 1868

Special rare are padded stockinette over metal amature body allowing infinite possibilities with rare cotton cover ............. all complete original muslin cotton fabric covered look´s like pretty undergarments which is typical for on rare Pannier body. Has superb modeled bisque lower bare feet legs and hands with wonderful fine details at bisque fingers and toe with modeled nails , small ankle at feet with gentle coloring ! The inside metallic skeleton on the body works very well , possible to hold the arms , hand and legs in very elegant posing ,movable wrists .

Cabinet size 12 " / 31 cm French poupee with gentle and cute faced bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate , has generally excellent condition .... is free of damage , repair , chip or hairline at her wonderful head and shoulder plate . Perfect hands and fingers , note a professional tiny repair at her right toe .... not disturbing and hard to see .

She is wearing very beautiful and original enfantine dress with lose muslin sleeves , beautiful straw garden bonnet and under wearing . She needs no shoes ...... because of her wonderful bare feet , it would be a shame to hide these in shoes !!!

Marvelous and very rare to find poupee with unique body and superb clothing ..... ready for your cabinet to enjoy this beauty in some elegant posing !! The lovely straw basket with flowers comes with the doll..... :)
