Very dear childlike and pretty 30" ( 76 cm ) German character bisque child with finest quality of matte bisque and best painting , original body and wearing lovely antique costume with straw hat .
Best quality bisque socket head with large blue glass sleep eyes , has dark eyeliner and fine painted curly lashes and mohair upper lashes , slightly modeled brows with brush-stroked and feathered brows . Open mouth with porcelain teeth between her shaded and accented lips . Un-pierced ears and original brunette human hair wig over pate .
Head mark at back ; K & R Simon & Halbig 117 n. 76
Her bisque head is free of damage , repair , hairline or other problem.... note a micro tiny wig pull point at her for-head
Original composition and and wooden ball jointed body with elongated above the knee lower legs , original body finish with small color problem at hands , otherwise generally excellent !
Beautiful wearing with under dress , blue and white striped stocking and shoes. Lovely light blue cotton dress with fine lace decoration and collar , antique straw hat .
All perfect and very childlike bisque girl with lovely and sweet expression of an wonderful German charcter girl .... " Mein Neuer Liebling " by Kammer and Reinhardt around 1910 .......
