Charming and so beautiful all original 8" ( 21 cm without hat ) little bisque Clown by Steiner .... has beautiful original clothing and face expression , rare to find and all perfect !!!
This pretty bisque socket head doll has untinted white bisque complexion with lovely red painted curving clown decoration , has spiral trading blue glass enamel inset glass eyes with typical clown black painting eyeliner and brows . Closed mouth with red outlined lips and pierced ears , beautiful original fleecy red and white clown wig over original Steiner paper pate . Original French composition five piece Steiner body with typical finger modeling and white nail painting. Jointed at shoulder and hips .......
Generally excellent complete condition . Perfect bisque .... free of damage , repair , chip or hairline . Note a tiny mould groove at rim and small color refresh at hands ......

The Clown wears very beautiful all original suit of cream and red silk with lovely gold trim , sequins and glass " diamonds " decoration , tiny bells and lace . The costume is original wears on his body , not possible to remove .... note small repair at the pants. Finally funny matching red silk clown cap .
