Most beautiful one of a kind French silk and Muslin dress with matching wire bonnet would fit perfect for French or German doll about around....... 19" ( 48 cm ) .... one of a kind and never to find such the same pretty outfit again !!
Most hand sewn of light cream muslin fully ornate with tiny hand made pleats and French lace . Has beautiful large lace collar around upper part and long sleeves with ruffled lace at wrist. Beautiful skirt of two row of lace and two row of tiny pleated muslin .
The complete dress is lined inside with pale blue silk which looks under the lace . Finally ornate with light blue silk ribbon and bow decoration and on beautiful waterfall of small and tiny hand made antique silk ribbon work flowers in pretty colors . Back closure with hooks and eyes and the complete dress is full lined inside with cream cotton and and pretty hand embroidery cotton slip .
To the dress belongs a matching wire frame bonnet , all complete hand made and ornate with some row of fine pleated lace around the brim. Has pretty silk ribbon decoration, ruffled lace and silk roses around brim , at both front sides with small silk ribbon work flowers ornate and to hold under the doll chin with light blue silk ribbons. A small rack of wire inside hold it always in perfect form and also inside lined with gauze.
Beautiful costume is in generally excellent fabric and lace condition from 1890th. century !!
