Very beautiful 17" ( 43 cm ) French Poupee with with expressive features , choice bisque and painting , wonderful and very rare to find body style and exquisite wearing like enfantin style .
All around on marvelous French Poupee in all perfect condition and special body style ......
She has best quality of bisque and painting pressed swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate. Different facial with beautiful deep blue glass enamel inset eyes with finest painting of long lashes and brows , dark eyeliner and closed mouth with full outlined lips.
Ears pierced into her head and brunette mohair wig with curls over cork pate ..... all original to the doll. Perfect bisque condition of head and shoulder plate....free of damage , hairline or other !!
Very rare wooden and kid body like body style of Herbillon ..... kid torso with all wooden arms which jointing at elbows and shoulder , upper kid legs with lower wooden legs which used holed metallic flat hinges , crossed by one axis . Same style with elbows ........ Original finish on the wooden limps , tiny repair at one side of kid upper leg ...please see my pictures.
She is wearing very beautiful enfantin style antique costume with matching bonnet , pretty set of under garments with socks and leather shoes ( one flat sole missing)
