Very beautiful one of a kind French Bebe costume with antique matching ornate straw bonnet , fit perfect for French or German doll about 21" ( 53 cm ) .... for Jumeau , Steiner , FG , Eden Bebe , Bru or other beautiful doll.
Most hand sewn silk couture dress with typical French style of bustle dress with " Que de Paris " at back , on marvelous dress fully of beautiful and elegant details ...... really French !!!!!!!
All complete of pretty pink and pink & vanilla striped silk with Princess style long front part , has at both front sides on nice bag and fine embroidery lace decoration which goes from the front part over the back side.
The dress has 3/4 long silk sleeves wich has pretty lace decoration at each wrist. Pink silk ruffles over the shoulders and on stand up collar around the neckline.
At front you can close the dress with pink silk button and hand made button holes. It is longer train in back .... fully skirt decoration of three row of ruffles and pleats ....and a small hope skirt cage inside hold this part of skirt always in a form of " Que de Paris" ...
The complete dress is fine lined with cream cotton and has at hem nice row of lace !
To the dress belongs a very pretty antique straw bonnet which would matching decorate so that it fit perfect to the dress. Has pink silk ruffles and fine lace decoration....on silk bow and finally on very pretty wax flowers bouquet !!
Both are in generally excellent fabric condition about the 19th. century ..... one of a kind and never to find such the same again.
Dress length from neck to hem ; .....14" ( 36 cm ) ... at front and 16" ( 41 cm ) at back
Waist around ........ circa 15,5" ( 39 cm )
Shoulder to shoulder .............. circa 6,5" ( 17 cm )
