We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction we offer a Return PolicyYou will ship the item back to the shop within 3 days of the acknowledgement:
The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact. We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.

After the shop owner verifies the returned item is as originally sent, we would do a full refund within 6 days.

This policy does not apply to items purchased on Layaway

Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance. If a buyer requests that an item not be shipped insured, using the Decline Insurance option at Checkout, the shop owner is then not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping. Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions. Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them. In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, the shop owner will provide you with the necessary insurance information.

Please note that we are not liable for a lost parcel, this must be clarified with your shipping service and it would not possible to do full insurance on a parcel outside shipping from Europe !!

Layaway Policy ; WhendreamsComeTrue doll-shop offers a layaway plan for purchases. The Return Policy does not apply to layaway purchases. It is extremely important to read and understand this shop Layaway Plan below before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement.

Layaway Terms ; Please do not create a purchase order until a layaway agreement has been reached for a purchase. Layaway is now available for any item over $500.00. Please contact if you prefer layaway for my items until $500 .Prices are firm on all layaways.Domestic layaways must be paid monthly with PayPal , Bank Wire or by check. Layaway is possible for my doll�s until 8 month, because of price range . Please inquire before purchasing , thank you . Monthly payments are to be made in a timely manner and sorry but there are no money refunds on layaway and my shop items under any circumstances, however, I will be glad to issue a Store Credit for any future purchase on dolls or other items on my doll shop until the next six month. If a Layaway Client misses two consecutive months of payments, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway contract. "By initiating a Layaway Plan, you are agreeing to the above terms."
